Legal Aid
At Armstrong Legal, we understand you may be coming to us at one of the lowest points in your life. We also understand you may be struggling financially. Unfortunately, we do not offer Legal Aid. To help ease the financial burden of legal proceedings we offer three types of payments
- Pay upfront
- Pay as you go
- Pay at the conclusion of your matter
Armstrong legal will assess your case on an individual basis and will determine which payment method/s can be used by assessing your financial position and asset pool.
Legal Aid NSW provides a range of services to people who need advice, assistance and representation and who qualify for legal aid. Please visit the Legal Aid NSW website or call 1300 888 529 for further information.
If you would like to know more or to book an appointment, please contact Armstrong Legal and speak to one of our specialist family law solicitors.

About Armstrong Legal
Armstrong Legal is a national law firm offering assistance to Australians regarding serious legal matters across areas like contested wills, criminal law, family law, corporate crime and traffic law. We handle each matter with openness and clarity, so you feel heard, informed and confident in your decisions.
We act promptly because we recognise that time limits can apply in different legal matters, whether you're interested in "family provision legal help adelaide", "top criminal defence" or "family provision law firm wa". Our expert lawyers can assist you with matters such as sexual assault, de facto relationships or insider trading.
We may offer a "No Win No Fee" agreement on a case-by-case basis for some family provision claims if you're considering your funding options for legal support while researching "criminal defence attorneys", "making a claim against an estate nsw" or "will dispute lawyer brisbane". For some estate litigation matters, we may also offer a Pay-at-End arrangement based on the client's circumstances, so contact our friendly team today for an assessment of your case.
