I would highly recommend Armstrong Legal and Suzanne Martinez, who is based in Sydney, to anyone. My matter went on for 11 months and involved multiple court appearances. I was really well supported and advocated for the whole way through. On the day of the hearing the prosecution sought an adjournment. Suzanne successfully argued against this and I got the ultimate result - the charge against me was withdrawn and dismissed.

Elizabeth is very detail oriented in preparation and always extending her work providing templates to be used for letters which makes it a lot easier to prepare. I attended Penrith Court on Thursday the 11th of November, 2021. I would like to state first and foremost that Mr. Tyson Brown is an excellent Solicitor of the highest order. My father was previously a Barrister in England and I remember being around him and his colleagues from a young age. My grandfather before him was a Judge for the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. I myself am a graduate law student and have had the pleasure of being taught by some of the top lawyers in Bangladesh. So, although I do mention this with complete humility, I am firmly of the belief that Mr. Brown is a world class solicitor.I was charged with ‘Common Assault (domestic violence related)’ pursuant to Section 61 of the Crimes Act 1900. I then plead guilty to that charge and with the brilliant assistance of Mr. Brown, we managed to attain a Community Correction Order. I thought this was a very favourable decision for myself as any less than that would mean the charge being acquitted all together which is almost impossible in such cases.Once again, I have the utmost respect and appreciation for his amazing efforts on my behalf. He displayed great enthusiasm, thoroughness, compassion and dedication through out the course of the court proceedings. His professionalism and comprehensive understanding of similar court situations was evident. It was clear to me that everyone at the court had the highest regard for Mr. Brown including the Magistrate who presided over my sentencing.On first meeting Mr. Brown I was immediately made to feel comfortable and re-assured that all would turn out well. We went over the case details and came to a clear path to follow going forward. I had total confidence that we were taking the right steps to rectify the situation and followed up on the directions that Mr. Brown had set for me. I was guided and supported by Mr. Brown regularly between the hearing and sentencing dates. This was really important for me as it was reassurance that I was working as part of a solid team.Finally, I would like to wish Mr. Brown and his family all the best moving forward. It’s no doubt apt that Mr. Brown’s first name is Tyson as he is a champion in his area of expertise within the legal world just as Mike Tyson was the heavyweight champion of the world. i had great legal service from Armstrong. i ended up having anastasia who was absolutely amazing not only with how professional she was but with the outcome she ended up getting my self at the end of it. i could not be more happier or satisfied with the service i received and the help and information i also needed as well towards other things. i highly reccermend any one needing some legal help to definitely go to Armstrong legal they are amazing.
