Contract Law

Contract law is the body of law that deals with agreements relating to the exchange of money, goods, services and properties. An oral or written agreement between two or more parties to exchange goods, services, money or property is legally binding, subject to certain conditions. When a party breaches a contract, the injured party may be entitled to damaged or other legal remedies.
