Mandurah Magistrates Court

The Mandurah Magistrates Court is located at 333 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah and is opposite the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre and next door to the Mandurah Police Station.

The Magistrates Court is the court which deals with adults who are charged with a criminal offence. It finalises simple offences such as minor traffic and criminal charges and hears applications and trials for all restraining order matters and minor civil claims.

Checking Into Mandurah Magistrates Court

Security is located at the entrance of the court and will lead you into the waiting area. The court lists are displayed on A4 sheets of paper and are pinned to a board next to Court 1. The lists will display your name, the courtroom number and the time of your appearance. You are to wait in the waiting area until your matter is called.

Please ensure you arrive at court prior to the time your matter is listed so you are able to locate the courtroom your matter will be heard in. Although your matter is listed for a particular time, you may not be called till later in the day. Please be prepared to be at court for most of the day. You should be neatly dressed, and wear closed shoes.

If you are driving to the Mandurah Magistrates Court, there is limited parking outside the front of the court. There is sufficient parking at the Mandurah Forum which is a 4-minute walk to the court. You can also take bus numbers 597, 600, 604 and 605 which will take you to Pinjarra Road, a 3-minute walk to the Magistrates Court. These buses can take you to Mandurah Railway Station which would otherwise be a 27-minute walk.
