Busselton Magistrates Court is a regional court which is located at 12 Stanley Street, Busselton, in Western Australia. The court operates from Monday to Wednesday between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. Once a month the court will also operate on a Thursday and a Friday for various matters.

The Busselton Magistrates Court deals mainly with criminal, traffic and civil matters (such as extra-ordinary driver’s license matters and residential tenancy matters). Civil and criminal law trials are listed only on Wednesdays.

The Busselton Magistrates Court has two courtrooms. When you enter the court you can determine what courtroom your matter will be in by finding your name on the paper list located on the wall. If you are attending Busselton Magistrates Court, you should arrive early and dress in smart, conservative, attire. Upon entering the court, you will be asked to remove any loose items such as sunglasses or hats. These will need to remain off whilst you are inside the building.
