The Kununurra Courts are located at 94 Coolabah Drive, Kununurra. Kununurra is approximately 3200 kilometres from Perth. Kununurra Court deals with Magistrates Court matters and District Court criminal matters. It also acts as a registry for the commencement of civil matters in the District Court.
The Kununurra Courts also sit as the Children’s Court, hearing summary criminal matters where the accused person is aged under 18.
