Mount Druitt Local Court
Mount Druitt Local Court is located at 59 North Parade, Mount Druitt, New South Wales. It is on the corner of Jirang Close and North Parade.
The Mount Druitt Local Court is the court where all criminal matters in that area involving adults commence. It is also the court that hears summary criminal matters including traffic offences, and domestic violence order applications. The Children’s Court hears criminal matters where the accused is under 18.
If you have a matter in the Mount Druitt Local Court, make sure you arrive at court well before the time your matter is listed to be heard. You should be neatly and conservatively dressed and you should come prepared to be at court for most of the day. The court list is displayed on screens in the foyer of the Mt Local Court. You will be able to establish which courtroom your matter will be heard in by looking at those screens, or by asking at the court registry.
Public parking is available around the court and the court is also a five-minute walk from Mt Druitt train station. If you are attending court for traffic offences for which the court may impose a licence disqualification period, do not drive to court.
