Without her deep insight and profound knowledge background to relieve my worries and concerns upon my first court attendance notice ever received, I would not be able to achieve such a great court result with no conviction recorded and get over the matter smoothly.Suzanne does not only conduct her due diligence from legal professional perspective, but also taking care of clients with great attention to details attitude and generous consideration. As one of good example but not limited to that, she had been diligently and promptly responding to my email enquiry despite being waylaid by other intractable case at late night.Also I’d have to highlight on her communication skill with full extent of respect when facing to other legal practitioners and clients. The reason why I thought it is important and praised is because, in most circumstances, the clients who involved in legal issue involuntarily are lacking of pre-existing experience and prone to feel helpless with strong emotional and psychological reactions. I am so glad that I stumbled upon Armstrong Legal after I was left blindsided by the most egregious and spurious allegations made against me – child sexual assault! I visited several law practices to gauge which solicitors could best help me. It was, however, the solicitors at Armstrong Legal that left me feeling confident that they had solid experience in matters such as mine. Unfortunately, these false allegations resulted in my being arrested, and I found myself in total shock and disbelief sitting behind bars at the police station. I was refused bail by the police, so I made a call to Craig Robinson who gave me advice over the phone and then he visited me (in the cells) within the hour. I found myself before a magistrate and Mr Robinson successfully argued for my release with minimal bail conditions. This was no small feat given there’s no doubt in my mind that there are many innocent people, like myself, who find themselves still locked up. The system is imperfect.Throughout the long and protracted ordeal of preparing for trial, I was then introduced to Trudie Cameron who took custody of my matter very early on in the piece. The sheer competence and professionalism she displayed throughout my nightmare was second-to-none! Though I’m naïve when it comes to the intricacies of law practice, I know my assertion is true based on feedback I received from my equally amazing barrister (Troy Edwards). “Your instructing solicitor is excellent…” was a consistent theme he asserted, in various iterations, when highlighting Ms Cameron’s keen mind, attention-to-detail, industrious nature and genuine passion for helping me. I also overheard a third-party remark how “very thorough” her "submissions" were (I have ‘big ears’). Personally, I believe it was at this point that I fully realised what a formidable force-to-be-reckoned-with she is!Ms Cameron’s ability to manage my expectations was executed with great aplomb and level-headedness. She certainly did not always tell me what I wanted to hear, but ultimately she earned my trust (not an easy thing to do!) and I found I could just ‘let go’ knowing I was in her expert hands.From very early on I genuinely felt looked after by Ms Cameron; that her commitment to helping right the wrongs done to me was borne out of sincere concern for my wellbeing and justice as a whole. On a purely personal note, she radiates a true warmth, and an appetite for helping others; this helped to keep me grounded and centred under very trying circumstances. Ms Cameron’s authenticity and proficiency shone through every interaction we had, and I am eternally grateful to have had her on (and by) my side.Given the grave injustices I endured and my loss of faith in NSW Police, I remain pessimistic that if it wasn’t for the outstanding work of both truth-seeking missiles -- Trudie Cameron (Armstrong Legal) and Troy Edwards (Forbes Chambers) -- the shocking and unfortunate predicament I found myself in may not have concluded in such a just and favourable way for me and my family. All counts on the Indictment against me (rightly!) ended up being formally withdrawn and dismissed.To say I highly recommend Ms Cameron (& Mr Edwards) is an understatement. Absolutely amazing, personable, professional, kind and supportive on super short notice. I cannot recommend enough. Suzanne Martinez is not only a great solicitor but amazing person who wants to help, and she can. Even travelled to Newcastle for the court appearance.Emailed Armstrong Legal 2 days, in the afternoon around 3pm, before I had to go to court, they made me feel comfortable and told me which kind of representative would be best suited for my case. They then strived to find a representative with in the very small time frame I gave them that could help me. The next day the representative called me at 10pm after reviewing the documentation I had sent them.She talked me through everything I would need to do to get an adjournment so we had time to deal with the case properly. This was amazing as I had engaged a different rep before that and he had made me feel like it was a pain to rep me.After this first interaction I was so comfortable. The rest of the process went so smoothly I didn't have another worry. They stepped me through everything and I didn't have to know anything but what happened in the incident.My case involving my mental health and they took that into account and treated me with great respect and were very appreciative of my state.This was my first court appearance, and only, they were absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for more.The outcome was dealt with under mental health with no conviction recorded, which was the best possible outcome.

I would highly recommend this law firm for anyone. The lawyer that serves me was Carl Patterson he was very profresional and knows what he was doing. My case was really complicated and we were expecting the case to be lengthy and not have a very present outcome. Anastasia Qvist is an outstanding lawyer. My criminal law situation (family violence order) was difficult, complex and Ana's diligence saved me as I was going through the most difficult period of my life.
