Jodie Hall
Jodie Hall is an Associate in our Melbourne Wills & Estates team, where she is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of estate disputes. Her practice spans across Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania, allowing her to provide clients with tailored, jurisdiction-specific guidance across multiple states.
Jodie handles a range of matters within Wills & Estates, including estate litigation, such as family provision claims, executor removal claims and will validity disputes. She also assists with applications for probate and letters of administration including complex probate matters, and provides support with estate administration, helping executors and beneficiaries navigate each stage of the process with clarity and efficiency.
Jodie Hall was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017 and began her legal career with a focus on civil and commercial litigation, where she built a strong foundation in dispute resolution and client advocacy. Over the past five years, she has transitioned her focus to estate disputes, where she has further refined her expertise in Wills & Estates.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to clear and compassionate communication, Jodie builds trusted relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout each step of their legal journey.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys reading, exploring nature, and socialising over a good coffee and meal with friends.
