Hannah Clarke Solicitor — Wills & Estates

Hannah graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and International Relations. Following her studies, Hannah completed supervised legal training, gaining practical experience across a range of practice areas, with a focus on Wills and Estates.

Hannah was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2026, and after gaining experience in the drafting and construction of estate documents, she developed a keen interest in the practice area of contested wills and estates. Hannah has completed a Mental Health First Aid Accreditation for Legal professionals through the Law Institute of Victoria and is interested in helping clients navigate the complex and sensitive circumstances that can arise in this area of law in a way that is empathetic and understanding.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling, trying new coffee spots and listening to new Australian music artists.
