Felicity Reeman - Associate – Sydney
Felicity graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Juris Doctor. Prior to studying law, she gained a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons.) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of Sydney. She previously worked as a clinical social worker for 6 years in one of Sydney’s largest teaching hospitals bringing that invaluable knowledge and experience to her practice of family law.
Felicity is a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, recognising the important role that mediation can play in family law disputes. Felicity is also committed to obtaining the best possible results for clients through litigation. Her pragmatic and empathic approach to her practice enables her to guide clients through the family law system with a focus on both cost efficiency and achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Felicity has a particular interest in cases involving complex parenting matters, allegations of family violence, the abuse of children, and issues relating to mental health.
Felicity’s clients benefit from her clinical background and medical knowledge which provide an advantage, not only when cases specifically involve these issues, but more generally the insight this provides in negotiation and dealing with opponents.
