Chris Main - Senior Associate – Brisbane
Chris is a persuasive advocate and has primarily practised in criminal law since his admission as a solicitor in 2015. He understands the challenges his clients, and their families, face through the criminal process. With a specific focus on advocacy and legal strategy, Chris ensures that his clients understand the law surrounding their matters and all available options to secure the best possible outcomes. Chris works to return control to his clients and eliminate all disadvantages.
Chris has a keen interest in civil liberties, politics and animal rights. He is the current secretary of Labor Lawyers Queensland and is elected as an executive board member to the Queensland Council for Civil Liberties. Chris believes that a person’s liberties must be upheld and respected at all times.
Chris holds the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws from Bond University.
- Bachelor of Laws specialisations in: Corporate and Commercial & Intellectual Property Law; Information Technology and Electronic Commerce.
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University.
- Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Experience, knowledge and reputation are exceedingly important to Chris. He uses his skills and experience on a daily basis advocating in court, with police and prosecutors while ensuring that his Client’s best interests are always served.
When Chris isn’t in court or at the office, he enjoys fitness and is a recreational skydiver.
