About Armstrong Legal

Armstrong Legal has been providing advice and assistance to people needing help with family and criminal law matters since the current partners, Peter Magee and Lionel Rattenbury purchased the practice in August 2002. 

The law firm has grown very rapidly over this period and boasts three accredited specialists in criminal law and family law.

Both partners are Christian men who have founded the practices of the firm on the Christian values of integrity and compassion.  The partners believe that much of the success of the firm is based on the high level of service given to their clients. 

"We believe that in our field, knowledge and expertise is essential. For this reason we only accept cases within the areas of criminal and family law." says Lionel.

Armstrong Legal has recently implemented a LAW9000 management system and will be soon seeking accreditation through SAI Global.

 

LAW 9000 is the quality standard developed specifically for law firms to attain Quality Certification. LAW 9000 is based on the internationally recognised ISO9001 standard that demonstrates to our clients that our commitment to industry best practice goes beyond mere lip-service.

 

LAW9000 means that we have standard and proven processes in place in all areas of the practice including such areas as client inquiries, client conferences, client communication, file management and billing. The LAW9000 system is subject to regular external reviews to ensure it is effective and delivering results to our clients. Australia's first carbon neutral law firm

We have now taken action on climate change and have become carbon neutral. Armstrong Legal has certified "NoCO2" with the Carbon Reduction Institute.

This step makes us industry leaders as Australia’s first carbon neutral lawyers and puts us ahead of many other big corporations which have announced they plan to become carbon neutral but have taken little action yet.
