Lionel Rattenbury is the partner in charge of the criminal law team of solicitors. Lionel is a co author of a criminal law text book called the “Local Court Criminal Practice”. This loose leaf service is used by most criminal law solicitors. This role that Lionel undertakes requires him to read every criminal law case decided in the New South Wales Supreme Court and the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal. This allows Lionel and the rest of the criminal law team to be aware of any changes to the law in the criminal law area as the changes are made.
