Our understanding of you

We know that unless we provide you with excellent representation and service at a reasonable cost you will not refer your friends and family to us. That is why in most criminal matters we fix our legal costs so that you will be completely satisfied with us when we obtain a great result for you.

Where it is not possible to fix our costs we will be open and honest about the costs and disbursements we charge. You will be provided with a realistic estimate of what your matter is going to cost at the initial conference. In the event that you decide not to use us we will not charge you for the initial conference, provided you advise us at the completion of the initial conference.

Our costs can often be reduced, if our client‘s assist us in the preparation of their matter.

What you don‘t pay for

We are able to provide our clients greater assurance that we will perform the work they require from us at the estimate that we provide, by only charging them for work done by professional staff. Our clients do not pay for: 

• Secretarial or administrative staff time; 
• Facsimile transmissions; 
• Postage; 
• Telephone charges; 
• Photocopying (small volume). Large volumes of photocopying is outsourced and charged at cost (about 12 cents per page);
