Biography
Craig has been a practising criminal lawyer for more than 25 years.
He specialises in advocacy work, especially in criminal, traffic, drink driving and apprehended domestic violence matters. He does a lot of local court defended hearings, sentence hearings and appeals to the District Court. During his career he has appeared in most metropolitan local courts as well as regional and country courts.
Craig receives referrals from The Law Society, legal colleagues, other law firms and satisfied clients.
He deals sensitively with matters that are emotional or embarrassing for those involved and conducts his matters with great discretion. Over the years he has earned a reputation for providing sensible and practical advice.On many occasions Craig has won costs orders against the police, especially where they have exceeded their duty or used excessive force and were unwilling to withdraw charges.
